Nanette, being the daughter of a painter, always had an eye for fashion.

Aged 9 she dressed her neighbour in a floral bedspread and choker and put her in the front garden with a sign saying "Lapore"! She took her degree at the prestigious New York Fashion Institute of Technology and now designs in her New York City atelier, enjoying a strong following among fashionistas and celebrities worldwide including Eva Longoria.
